Service Areas

Duncan & Ladysmith WorkBC Centres

Duncan serves all communities in North Cowichan (Crofton, Chemainus, Maple Bay and Cowichan Bay) and South Cowichan (Mill Bay, Shawnigan Lake, Cobble Hill).

Ladysmith serves all of Ladysmith, including Saltair and Gulf Islands (Valdes, Thetis and Penelakut).

Lake Cowichan Employment Services

Serves Lake Cowichan, including Honeymoon Bay, Youbou, and is the gateway to rural and remote areas.

Cowichan Tribes (Outreach)

Serves all clients located on Cowichan Tribes Land.

Cowichan Women Against Violence Society (Outreach)

Serves clients located in Cowichan Valley.

Rural and Remote Areas

Serves all clients in above areas who cannot access a centre in-person, including all reserve lands and Island bands (Malahat First Nation, Lake Cowichan First Nation, Stz’uminus First Nation, Halalt First Nation, Lyackson First Nation, Penelakut Tribe, Ditidaht First Nation, and Pacheedaht First Nation)
